These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shotz, including the Shotz mobile application, subscriptions, tracking features, reminders, account tools, and AI-powered features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Shotz App LLC, doing business as Shotz ("Shotz," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Shotz is a mobile app that helps users track medication injections and related health information. Depending on how you use the app, this may include injection logs, medication details, reminders, weight entries, symptom tracking, subscription status, account management, and AI-powered insights.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Service at any time.

Shotz is a tracking, reminder, and educational tool. Shotz does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instructions, emergency services, or a substitute for professional medical care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, including decisions about medications, injections, dosage, timing, symptoms, side effects, or treatment plans.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current account information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or used the Service unlawfully.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security or operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the Service
• Use AI-powered features to seek or generate illegal, unsafe, or medically inappropriate instructions
• Upload, submit, or transmit content that infringes rights or violates applicable law

You retain rights in the information you submit to Shotz, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the Service. The Service may rely on your data to provide reminders, summaries, charts, insights, and related functionality.

Shotz may offer AI-powered features, such as AI insights or educational chat experiences.

When you use those features, your input and limited related context may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini services, in order to generate a response, maintain safety controls, and improve reliability.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your circumstances. AI-generated content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should not rely on it for medical decisions.

We may monitor, limit, or block use of AI-powered features for safety, abuse prevention, operational, or compliance reasons.

The Service may offer reminders, alerts, or notifications. These features may fail, be delayed, or be affected by device settings, operating system behavior, connectivity, permissions, or third-party services.

You remain responsible for your medication schedule, health decisions, and personal care.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription through the iOS app, billing and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not control Apple's billing systems, and your purchases are also subject to Apple's terms, policies, and procedures. Apple's Subscription Terms of Use are available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trial offers, and purchase restores may be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider. You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Except where required by law or determined by the applicable payment provider, fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing, features, trial availability, promotional offers, and subscription plans at any time to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, including Apple, Google, Supabase, and other infrastructure or AI providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Service without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service, reminders, sync, AI-generated outputs, subscription status, or stored data will be accurate, complete, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotz App LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, health outcomes, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
• $100 USD

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shotz App LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content or data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully.

Termination of your access to the Service does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or another payment provider. You must manage cancellation through the applicable provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date above, posting a notice in the app or on the website, or using other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
